I've read in many places there was issues with the timing chain guides on the 4.2, and it was a horrendous job to replace them. But I don't hear about it happening in the 4.2 fsi..why? I checked my 2011 A8 at 180k miles and the camshaft adaptations, all less than 2 degrees.
